Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

United States: 7-14 business days
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
Canada: 8-15 business days
Australia: 8-16 business days

These are estimated delivery windows. Occasionally delays may occur due to customs processing or high carrier volume, particularly around holiday periods.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@clarivasun.com.

Customs and Duties

For orders outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Clariva is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@clarivasun.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
