If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@clarivasun.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24-48 hours and process your refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@clarivasun.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Return Shipping
In most cases we do not require you to return the product. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will never pay out of pocket for a return on a defective or damaged item.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible unless the item is defective. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
